Before we can even think about building a home, we need to find the piece of land. We take the time to really get to know the land: where it is located, how to get to it, who owns it, what is around it, and what we can actually build on it.

Then we start putting all the pieces in place: making a plan, getting the infrastructure ready, building it, following the rules, and managing the whole process. This approach shapes the way Vidhant develops property today.
